Frequently asked questions

Bullerjan GmbH delivers within Germany, to Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and Luxembourg carriage paid to the kerbside of your property. As soon as the forwarding agent has taken delivery of your goods, you will receive a tracking link and the forwarding agent will call you before delivery to coordinate with you.

We ship all items, including spare parts, via a service provider to whom we have outsourced our warehouse. The stove is dispatched by a forwarding agent, individual spare parts and accessories are sent by parcel service.

If you have ordered something from us and receive a reservation, this means that we have noted and reserved the order, but the item(s) ordered are not currently available in stock. We also state the expected delivery time in the reservation. When the goods have come out of production and are ready for despatch from stock, you will receive an order confirmation from us indicating that the goods are now ready for despatch. If you have not yet paid in advance, we will ask you for payment with the order confirmation and the corresponding accompanying email.

Bullerjan GmbH itself does not offer an installation and assembly service. If you would like to make use of this service, please order your Bullerjan stove from one of our specialist dealers.

Our headquarters in Isernhagen does not have a showroom. We are the manufacturer of Bullerjan stoves and maintain our headquarters and administration in Isernhagen. However, you will find specialised dealers in the immediate vicinity who show our portfolio in their exhibitions.

The delivery times displayed under the products in the shop are updated regularly and are reliable.

The stoves in the Bullerjan Free Flow series work with convection. This means that room air is drawn in, heated and released back into the installation room via the convection pipes. However, these stoves also have the option of supplying additional fresh air from outside. However, this is not required for proper combustion. All other Bullerjan models work with radiant heat. However, these models also have supply air openings through which convection heat is generated.

Bullerjan stoves are always fuelled with logs, preferably hardwood. We only have one model in our programme that can burn both logs and lignite briquettes. This is the Bullerjan dot. You can only buy this stove online on our homepage.

Of course, this is first and foremost a matter of taste. We offer ceramic cladding in almost every colour. This naturally makes the stove an eye-catcher. If you choose a storage ceramic, the ceramic will continue to give off heat for a certain amount of time when the stove is off. However, it is also good to know that if you choose a stove with storage ceramic, the stove heats up the ceramic first, i.e. it takes longer (approx. 15-20 minutes) for the heat to be released into the installation room.

The installation of a catalytic converter naturally filters the emission values once again. However, as our stoves already burn very cleanly, it is not necessary to achieve the required environmental values. However, it is also important to know that the catalytic converter requires a well-functioning chimney. It must be removed and cleaned regularly. We now only offer our ChimCat catalytic converter for the B³ Ceramic and B³ Ceramic MAX models.

Room air-independent stoves are actually only required if they are to be used in low-energy or passive houses with a controlled, automatic ventilation system. Stoves that have to be room air-independent undergo an additional pressure and leak test at our company. However, RLU is often confused with external supply air. All Bullerjan models have a connection option for the supply of external combustion air.
