Cook mini cooking stove
Bullerjan Cook Mini
The Bullerjan Cook Mini, similar to the Bullerjan Cook, impresses with its excellent heating and storage properties as well as the integrated hotplate (21.9 cm) on which food can be prepared.
This compact oven is a real ‘all-rounder’ and offers full functionality despite its small size.
With a tested nominal heat output of 4.5 kW, the Bullerjan Cook Mini is ideal for small rooms, but also provides sufficient output in larger rooms with low heat requirements.
Thanks to the 4-6 cm thick fireclay lining (42 kg), the Cook stores a large proportion of the heat generated and continues to release it into the room for 3-4 hours after the fire has gone out.
The robust, cast-iron body of the Cook Mini is virtually indestructible - the 15-year guarantee confirms the quality and durability of this stove.
Advantages of a cooking stove
Heating and cooking in one: A cooking oven makes optimum use of the heat generated to both heat the room and prepare meals. Robustness and durability: Made from high-quality materials such as cast iron or steel, these ovens are extremely durable and resistant. Energy efficiency: The efficient use of wood or coal means that cooker ovens offer an environmentally friendly alternative to modern electric or gas cookers. Versatility: With a hotplate and often an integrated oven, they enable various cooking and baking methods. Applications and design Cooking ovens are available in different sizes and designs to fulfil different needs and styles. Modern versions combine traditional looks and function with advanced technology to maximise efficiency and ease of use.
To summarise, the hob oven is a versatile and efficient kitchen appliance that combines warmth and cooking capabilities in a traditional design.
Fireclay lining
A thick fireclay lining in a cooking stove offers several advantages:
Heat storage:
Fireclay stores the heat generated during firing and releases it evenly over a longer period of time. This ensures a continuous release of heat, even after the fire has gone out.
Efficiency
Efficient heat storage optimises fuel use, resulting in better energy efficiency.
Durability:
Fireclay protects the combustion chamber from the high temperatures and mechanical stresses, increasing the service life of the stove.
Improved combustion:
The high heat resistance of fireclay ensures an optimum combustion temperature, which leads to complete combustion of the fuel and therefore fewer emissions.
These advantages make a fireclay cladding an important component for the efficiency and longevity of cooking stoves.
