This thermometer shows you when the pizza stone is ready for use. The Ooni infrared thermometer with laser pointer allows you to measure the temperature of the brick in the Ooni in seconds.

 

 

The most precise measurement is obtained by pointing the laser at the center of your pizza stone. The corresponding value is shown on the display. For the perfect pizza, cooked in 60 seconds, we recommend a temperature of about 400° C.
